The Difficult Second Post Syndrome

Second post syndrome. Seeing as I have started a blog, I may as well continue. Only I've started this without thinking of anything to write...
We, my family, are in flux. We are trying to move jobs and countries and have hopefully, several options, one of which may surprise friends and needs alot of serious thought on our part. If it does happen, then I'll be shouting from the rooftops (AND panicking!). In the meantime (since I now know how to do so), I'll publish some photies. The first is from December 2004 at the wonderful Cragside, near Rothbury; I always feel better after visiting there. The next one is of Morpeth, in Northumberland, where we live. I have lots of photos mainly of my family and several "arty" shots which will be inflicted, in due course. Who knows, I may even scan in old hillwalking photos.
I'll be adding links to other blogs and websites that interest me and, hopefully, don't induce heavy ZZZZZZZs in everyone else. This blogging malarkey could get interesting...
It's amazing how many random, jumbled, insightful, stupid and inspirational things come to you on the bus or train and how quickly they evaporate, before you can write them down on your second post.
Oh and I've decided that swearing is not allowed on this blog, not only due to the fact that I have younger relations who may read this. Thanks for observing this, and if you don't, I'll have no option but to use my editorial dustbin.
All comments gratefully received!
and don't forget DarnTheHairWeCare!
